Parsnips rocked this year! I've finally nailed them.A few things I've learned..... Don't plant them at the same time that I plant carrots. It's still too cold for them snips and the seeds will sit and rot. Seed them heavy. Once planted, be very patient. They take FOREVER to come up. Thin them harshly. The more room each plant has to grow it will fill in that space with veg. They love weekly fish emulsion feedings.Lastly, let them grow as long as you can into the Fall/Winter. It makes for a bette
