Been checking out the Satechi M4 Mac Mini Dock recently and honestly, it fixes pretty much every annoying issue I had with the Mac Mini. Adds a bunch of ports Apple skipped, like USB-A, an SD card reader, and even space for an SSD. I threw in a 1TB NVMe drive for extra storage and it's been super helpful.
