Paws up front, flippers down below! When you look at rescued sea otter Luna's front and back feet, they almost look like they're from two completely different animals. They have small, dexterous paws with retractable claws up front—great for pulling apart the shells of their prey, catching food, grooming and more—and large, flat, webbed flippers as their back feet. While they can't walk on land, these paddle-like flippers do allow them to stand up for exams, or just interact with their caretaker
