We went to Saltwick Bay to look for fossils, shipwrecks, and explore the dramatic cliffs. It’s only a short drive or walk from Whitby, but it feels completely different. 🌊❤️ The coastline is rugged, the skies are wide, and the scenery is stunning. You’ll also find one of the most photographed shipwrecks on the Yorkshire coast. The bay is quiet, a little wild, and has a haunting beauty. There are rock pools to explore, fresh sea air, and plenty of space to relax. Be sure to check the tide times
