Understanding Frustration with BPD

I’ve been driving up the Angeles Crest Highway for many years, and I can honestly say this road is dangerous if you don’t drive it safely. Unfortunately, speeding out there is a key factor in many devastating accidents, some of them fatal. The worst part is when innocent people are involved.
