CREAMY POTATO & LEEK SOUP - my favourite soup but also perfect for the weather we are having in Sydney 🤢 perfect for cuddling up on the couch. 1 whole clove 250ml butter 2 whole Leek Onion Garlic Potatoes, diced Litres Stock, chicken or veg Cream Chopped Chives Crème Fraise or Sour Cream HOW TO 1. Cook leek, onion and garlic into oil and butter, till soften for 10-15minutes add in potatoes 2. Add stock and allow to simmer for 15-20minutes till soften 3. Blend, add cream serve with crème fraise
