We see this a couple times a year where an owner installs the torsion spring guide upside down. While it may work for awhile, it is a ticking time bomb. As a stock spring rusts from the thin OEM paint, it starts to file away through the spring guide. When upside down, not only has it lost a bunch of preload, but when it carves through the plastic, it may stab and ruin the track in addition to your trip. So please install your torsion springs carefully with the spring ABOVE the guide bushing. #Sk
