This is a white icing like on many desserts but with the rum it’s just so good! This is rum almond cake from my cookbook! You should def make it it’s sooo good and such a classic. You can make this icing with also just milk OR lemon juice. When you replace the liquid with egg whites it becomes royal icing. Don’t forget to comment your baking questions!! | Bake it with Mel
