A high-speed California Highway Patrol pursuit ended in a crash and with a driver in custody in the San Fernando Valley on Thursday afternoon. SkyCal flew over the pursuit, where the driver could be seen traveling at speeds over 90 mph on the southbound 5 Freeway.
