My IUD insertion experience. I wanted to make a video of my experience because I was seeing lots of tiktoks of people’s negative experience. Now, obviously this was not a fun thing but in the grand scheme of things I am very pleased with it so far. I am sorry to those who have traumatic and painful experiences and I hope pain relief can be more widely available for this procedure. I also think good education by healthcare professionals and the use of ultrasound guidance are key. #iud #iudinserti
