When you’re directly underneath, it forces you to lean back more, or arch your back in order to pull the bar down. Otherwise you’d hit your head. This shifts the focus to upper back as you’ll be moving more through protraction & retraction, with higher degrees of internal rotation. Scoot a bit further back so that the cable is slightly in front of you. 2 - Don’t just hangout in the seat
