Crockpot Mexican Cheese Dip Ingredients: 1 lb white American cheese (deli, sliced) 1 lb white pepper jack cheese (deli, sliced) 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles or jalapeno peppers Splash of jalapeno pepper juicd and a few sliced jalapenos ½ tsp ½ cumin Directions: Add everything to the crockpot Cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours Stir every 20–30 minutes until smooth If too thick, add some milk Switch to WARM and serve #cheesedip
