I adore an unfitted kitchen! When we first started designing our kitchen remodel I made sure that we had space for at least two pieces of unfitted kitchen furniture: a kitchen dresser and a work table. It was so important to me to make the space feel lived in and authentic and I think free standing kitchen furniture does just that!
